Summer League Season Notes

 

10s Orange Ball

We have 4 teams and each will have 6 matches. 

There are no Sectionals for the Orange Ball Teams. 

4th of July weekend has been skipped. 

 

10s Green Ball

We have 4 teams and each will have 6 matches. 

Sectionals will be the weekend of Aug 2-3

4th of July weekend has been skipped. 

 

12s L7

We have 5 teams and each will have 4 matches. The 5th match will be held on July 26 where 1st plays 2nd, 3rd plays 4th and the last place team will not have a last match unfortunately. 

Note on this last match, IF for example, the 1st place team is ahead by 10 games, then the 2nd place team must not only win the match, but also win by 11 games in order to take over as the first place team in the division.  

Sectionals will be the weekend of Aug 2-3

12s L6

18s L6 and L7

We have 2 flights with Blue and Red.

At the end of the season, we will see if we need to have our flight winners playoff to go to Sectionals the week of July 27.

Blue Flight

We have 4 teams and each will have 6 matches. 

 

Red Flight

We have 5 teams of Level 6. We have 1 team of Level 7 with South Bay.

South Bay L7 will automatically go to Sectionals.

All matches will count in order to get players qualified for sectionals. However, no matches that are played against the L6s and the L7 will count towards overall games won.

 

18s L5

We have 6 teams and each will have 5 matches.
