Waivers for Coaches and Parents
Coaches must distribute and review the "USTA Code of Conduct" with parents before the season and at each match intro. See attached to send to your parents.
I now need all coaches to read and sign the "JTT Coaches Agreement" per attached before you can officially start your season with your team. Sign and email it back to me.
Confidence Levels Recap

Low Confidence: These players can play anywhere the coach deems based on their play

Medium Confidence: Only one player with a Medium confidence can be moved who is within 2 rating band points. So a 34 can play on a Level 7 team since they are within 2 rating points of the 36 cutoff.

High Confidence: Only one player with a High confidence can be moved who is within 1 rating band point. So a 31 can play on a Level 6 team since they are within 1 rating point of the 32 cutoff.

We will go on the singles WTN of all players. Not Doubles
No-Shows
1st offense → Report to league coordinator (Conan). 2nd offense → Dismissal for the season.

Length of Season and Format
10s Orange Ball
We have 7 teams and will have 6 matches in all.
Easter has been skipped in this level since there is no time crunch to finish before May 3
They will play a total of 6 matches. There will be a play off for the winner and finalist after the 6 matches.
Note on this last 7th match, if the 1st place team is ahead by 10 games, then the 2nd place team must not only win the match, but also win by 11 games in order to take over as the first place team in the division.
3rd and 4th will play one more match against each other, 5th and 6th will play one more match against each other. The 7th place team will not get a 7th match.
10s Green Ball
We have 19 teams! They are separated into two flights of 9 and 10 teams
Flight Blue and Flight Red.
It will be determined later on whether 1st place in each flight will automatically go to Sectionals or if there needs to be a playoff between the winners of each flight.
12s L7
We have 11 teams. There will only be one flight with 10 matches
12s L6
We have 12 teams. They are separated into two flights of 6 teams.
Flight Blue and Flight Red.
Each team in each flight will play 10 matches. It will be determined later on whether 1st place in each flight will automatically go to Sectionals or if there needs to be a playoff between the winners of each flight.
14s L7
We have 14 teams. They are separated into two flights of 7 teams.
Flight Blue and Flight Red.
At the end of the season, the winners of Blue and Red flights will play for 1st and 2nd. 2nd place teams will play off for 3rd and 4th, 3rd will playoff, 4ths to playoff and so forth.
14s L6 and 12s L5
We have 12 teams. They are separated into two flights of 6 teams.
Flight Blue and Flight Red.
Note: The 12s Level 5 team will play in the Blue flight. All matches will count towards sectionals should a team go as well as WTN credit, however the score will not count towards the overall team standings.
Each team in each flight will play 10 matches. It will be determined later on whether 1st place in each flight will automatically go to Sectionals or if there needs to be a playoff between the winners of each flight.
18s L6 and L7
We have 13 teams. They are separated into two flights.
Red Flight Notes
We have 7 teams. They will play a total of 6 matches. There will be a play off for the winner and finalist including a 7th match for the other teams.

All players must be fully registered before their team’s first match (no exceptions). If your team has a bye this week, you will have until the following Sunday.
